This intensive is designed to take ALL the guesswork out of putting together your first, profitable deal. We will get on zoom, pick a target area for you, and select a specified area you will target for your first off-market deal. You will be instructed on exactly what to do from an effort standpoint, while the back end and administrative is handled for you. Instructions will be direct, simple, straightforward, and repetitive so that they are drilled for their importance. Again, I will direct you on exactly what to do in straight-line fashion so that you are not confused. 


Curriculum:

Week 1 - You are expected to have read BGREI and OMD. You are to have at least 5 questions written down and ready for our first meeting. We will go over the material and then pick your target area where you will then be given instructions on how to attack that area.

Week 2 - Once Week 1 assignments have been completed, we will review your results to package and synthesize your data. We will go over cold-calling, as well as other mediums of contacting sellers for deals. There will be role-play within the cohort and scripts given to practice with and use.

Week 3 - You will have your data organized to continue your work. This is the week you are expected to begin cold-calling your leads. You are to dedicate at least 2 hours per dat toward calling sellers.

Week 4 - Each cohort member is to report back with their findings and analysis of each contacted lead. We will review findings and experiences of each member as well discuss, bounce ideas, and determine our plan of action for the final week. You are expected to have a warmed, qualified deal at this point.
